About Maison Arboris

We Don't Sell Homes.
We Advise Those Who Acquire Them.

Maison Arboris was founded in 2020 on a conviction that is as simple as it is rare: in a French real estate transaction, the buyer deserves an advisor who stands exclusively on their side.

Not the seller's. Not the agency's. Yours.

The Founders

Two Sisters. Two Disciplines. One Mission.

Maison Arboris was built from the ground up by Sarah and Sabine, two sisters who arrived at the same conclusion from different professional worlds.

Sarah, Co-Founder of Maison Arboris

Sarah

Co-Founder

Sarah spent her career in banking, finance, and family office advisory. She understands how capital moves, how deals are structured, and how to negotiate with precision at the table. She speaks the language of wealth managers, private bankers, and CFOs, and she brings that rigour to every acquisition she advises.

Sabine, Co-Founder of Maison Arboris

Sabine

Co-Founder

Sabine built her expertise across international business, marketing strategy, and data analysis. She reads markets the way others read rooms, through signals, patterns, and long-term dynamics. She is the one who will tell you what a property is worth not just today, but in ten years. And why.

Together, they identified something the French market had long been missing: a genuinely independent advisory firm built exclusively around the international buyer. Not a sales agency with a buyer-facing department. Not a consultant who also takes seller mandates. A firm where the client's interest is not one of several priorities, it is the only one.

That firm is Maison Arboris.

Why "Arboris"

The name comes from the Latin arbor, tree. It was not chosen at random.

The tree is patient. It does not rush. It grows through seasons, builds roots before branches, and endures long after the moment of planting is forgotten. That is precisely how we approach real estate advisory: not as a transaction to be closed, but as a foundation to be built.

When an international family acquires property in France, they are not simply buying square meters. They are planting something, a connection to a country, a legacy for their children, an anchor in a culture they have chosen to belong to. Our role is to make sure that foundation is sound, protected, and exactly right.

Our Services

What We Actually Do

The French property acquisition process is, by design, opaque to outsiders. The legal system is distinct. The negotiation culture is specific. The relationships between notaires, agents, and sellers operate on codes that are rarely explained and almost never written down.

We translate all of it.

From the first market briefing to the final signature at the notaire's office, we guide our clients through every stage of their acquisition, with clarity, bilingual fluency, and the quiet authority of people who have been inside these rooms many times before.

Buyer-side advisory

From initial search strategy through to completion

Market intelligence

Pricing analysis, neighborhood dynamics, off-market access

Financial structuring

Navigating non-resident financing from the US, UK, UAE, and beyond

Due diligence

The legal, technical, and patrimonial review that agents won't do for you

Network access

Notaires, architects, heritage specialists, wealth managers

Post-acquisition support

Renovation oversight, property management, fiscal structuring

We are based in Paris, with a network that extends across France. Our clients come equally from the United States, the United Kingdom, and the Gulf, markets we know well, cultures we navigate fluently.

Our Positioning Is Not a Claim. It Is a Structure.

We do not accept seller mandates. We do not receive referral fees from third parties without full disclosure. We do not have a conflict of interest because we have engineered our model to make one impossible.

This independence is not a marketing position. It is the reason we exist.

In a market where most advisors serve the transaction, we serve the client. The distinction matters more than most buyers realize, and precisely at the moments that matter most.

Discretion as a Standard

Some of our best work has no public trace. Families who prefer privacy. Negotiations where silence is leverage. Acquisitions structured quietly across jurisdictions.

We consider discretion not a feature but a baseline. Every client relationship at Maison Arboris is managed with the same standards of confidentiality you would expect from a private bank.

A Note on How We Work

We are selective about the clients we take on, not out of exclusivity for its own sake, but because genuinely independent advisory requires depth of attention. We do not manage a portfolio of hundreds of mandates. We manage a small number of carefully chosen relationships with the full weight of our expertise.

If you are considering a property acquisition in France, whether your first or your fifth, we would welcome a conversation.

No obligation. No pitch. Just clarity.

Rooted in France. Devoted to your interests.
